Love & Liberation Camp
for women of color
MAY 11-14, 2023 | THE BERKSHIRES, MA
The Love and Liberation Camp is a
4-day gathering and play space for women to freely share & practice that which honors and pleases our souls.
About
the camp
We Believe
Life is a game that is meant to be played.
We want you to activate every s i n g l e aspect of your day in ways that allow you to play the game of life as if you were meant to win - because you are. Winning is your birthright.
We say this while also knowing that life gets difficult at times, and sometimes it takes the divine intervention of sisterhood to effectively navigate these waters. This is why it is so critical for us to gather, and to have specific tools, practices & experiences to hold on to, and to serve as our life jackets when we need it most.
Everyday, we will honor ourselves, our loved ones and our viisions. Through generative guidance, prayer, tools, and play -we will share, amplify and integrate the people, places, spaces, things and practices that please our souls.
Experience
Details
We will begin our gathering on Thursday, May 11 at 12:00PM ET, and complete on Sunday, May 14 at 3:00PM ET.
Each day is intentionally paced, and rooted in the exploration and affirmation of our relationship to love and liberation.
Day One: LANDING
Day Two: PRESENCING
Our first day together is dedicated to getting grounded, connecting with the space, getting to know one another, and orienting to our environment.
Our second day together is rooted in cultivating our Presence. Activities will bring in mindfulness and awareness based meditative practices.
Day Three: PLAYING
Day Four: Inspired Action
Our third day will focus on rediscovering our resources and the tools/toys that support us with feeling safe, seen, whole and liberated.
Our last day together will be rooted in taking what we have experienced, creating strategies for incorporating love and liberation into our daily lives, and taking one audacious action.
